Hi All.
Is there a way to update the clamAV database on our clamAV clients, without internet access? For example, download the database files via desktop webbrowser then upload the definitions directly to the clamAV clients (using SCP)?
Thanks in advance.

Re: ClamAV - Updating AV definition (database) without internet access
You can certainly copy them to /var/lib/clamav but I don't know how you obtain them. I see that /etc/freshclam.conf has 'DatabaseMirror database.clamav.net' but my web browser just hangs at a cloudflare screen when I point it at that.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Not sure why they removed the links from the main clamav.net/downloads page but you can get them here:
