Patch kernel to newest version

Hello, please help me, I have production server with few websites on it, and this is like this:

# cat /etc/redhat-release -u
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

Linux b-site 3.10.0-1160.45.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Oct 13 17:20:51 UTC 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Really new to CentOS and RedHead, Plese give me an guidance for upgrading this OS to latest possible "patched" kernel,

Run yum update
