i unable find updated version for openssh 7.8 or 7.9 in cantos 7

CentOS is a rebuild of RHEL and does not change package versions at the drop of a hat. Please see https://access.redhat.com/security/updates/backporting/ for information on backporting of security fixes and features in CentOS and RHEL. Additionally https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2074 may also be of use.
