Antivirus for CentOS / Linux in general

I'm curious to know if CentOS or other Linux flavours in general requires an antivirus. Given that Linux is more secure (than Windows), and with features like SE Linux, does it really require an antivirus to be installed?

If yes, which ones do you usually recommend? And are they too installed via yum?

You need to deal with that problem from the Windows side.
