After disabling SELinux, machine not booting up

After disabling SELinux, machine not booting up - Unable to load SELinux Policy.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this... i need to get into this machine again.... I changed the selinux file and now it will not boot

Boot from rescue media and undo whatever you did to disable it. You may need to touch /.autorelabel after this and before the reboot.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

i don't have any rescue media or drives... can someone please tell me how to change the boot menu.. i think i did this years ago

The Install DVD is your rescue media.

This is a machine that is on the network without any drive

If you did a PXE install then that can be used as rescue media too
