So what messages do you see before rescue mode starts?
Can you view the journal (journalctrl command)?
Hello

I cant see any message because the server is in Germany and im in Greece
When the server is ready on rescue mode i can find the new root pass from the customer area of data center

I will check the command and will inform you

Thank you
Dose not your hosting service provide remote console access? That is a really useful service for situations like this. It's like being there.

Sorry to hear that; re: no remote console access.
Once you get this ironed out you should seek a hosting service that provides remote console access. It's wonderful not only for trouble shooting issues like this where there is not network access. But also for things like kernel updates where you may want to manually select the new kernel before committing it to be the automatic boot. Maybe cPanel provides some of that functionality. IDK I don't use cPanel.
