As the subject, I have a Dell EMC R650 server equipped with intel Xeon 4309Y and i350 4Port 1Gb NIC
can centos 7.5 support them?
Does CentOS 7.5 supports these hardware?
Re: Does CentOS 7.5 supports these hardware?
Why do you want to install a four year old OS, and not 7.9?
Re: Does CentOS 7.5 supports these hardware?
CentOS 7.5 is not supported at all and will almost certainly not work on hardware that is newer than itself (April 2018).
You should use the 7.9.2009 media or, if it's already installed, yum update to 7.9 plus all fixes released since Sept 2020.

CentOS 8 died a premature death at the end of 2021 - migrate to Rocky/Alma/OEL/Springdale ASAP.

Re: Does CentOS 7.5 supports these hardware?
The 4309Y was launched Q2'21 -- many months after the last feature update of CentOS 7.
Therefore, CPU and chipset support is not certain. Maybe, maybe not.
The i350 is older -- at least some version of quad i350 runs fine on CentOS 7.
However, why EL7 and not EL8 or EL9? The 7 has EOL already in Summer 2024.
