intel i219-LM in CentOS 7, the network speed is low

I have a dell optiplex 7000 mmf pc. when i install centos 7 to this pc, the network speed is olny 100kb/s(test by download a file), and network packet loss is serious.
but when i install windows to this pc, the network speed is 30MB/s(download same file with centos), and the network is stable.

Why is that?

I have on HP Z2 G8 (Xeon W-1350P) a different(?) I219-LM that the e1000e of CentOS 7 does not support at all:
