Anyone installed CentOS 7 with AMD Milan CPUs, like EPYC 7543?
Our project have to keep CentOS 7, but we want to try the PCIe gen4.

I have CentOS 7 running on a pair of Dell R6515 machines with an AMD EPYC 7543P. I believe that's "Milan".

The only problem I had with them was nothing to do with EPYC, they introduced a new remote console type into the iDRAC and it does not work with linux. I had to flip it from whatever the default was to HTML5 (I think the failing one was eHTML5 maybe). With the default eHTML5 it was unable to boot up.

Hi, TrevorH
We have confirmed that CentOS7.9 supports the SuperMicro 4124GS-TN with two AMD EPYC 7453. It works well with our new server.
