Hello, can you help me with a problem?
The centos server crashes at any time, does not allow access to shared folders and throws the message that I attach

Could possibly be a disk hardware problem.
Run this command as root to check (you may have to install smartmontools):
smartctl -a /dev/sda | more
You could also run a file system check.
If it crashes before you can do this, boot from a live CD/DVD (e.g. Gparted Live).

It's a USB attacjed disk so either your disk is heading towards the scrap pile and needs to be replaced or the USB socket/cable/enclosure are bad and need replacing.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
