Hello guys,

I got a strange think here, i just buyet an Samsung 860 EVO V-NAND 1TB to add it to a server and install CentOs 7 on it.

The problem is it just dosent see the drive :| i tryed with CentOS 6.9 is working, Proxmox Works, Any Ubuntu, Any Debian Works just with CentOS 7 is not working.

I replaced the SSD with Kingston A400 SSD 960GB and is working, i tested again with another Samsung 860 PRO 1TB and is Working :| when i switch back to "Samsung 860 EVO V-NAND 1TB" it just dosent see it.

The error: https://imgur.com/xsm7DVU
An Unknow Error has occured - This program has encountered an unknow error. You may report the bug below or quit the program

Is there sompting wrong with this type of SSD ? Or is sompting missing from CentOS 7 ?

Thank you.

Try removing any FakeRAID metadata from the device using dmraid -E -r /dev/sdX (check my syntax first as that's from memory and may not be correct).
