Post by tfilleul » 2019/09/29 12:11:02

I have installed a dual boot windows 10 and centos 7

I have problem with the intel card graphics driver. The card is an intel UHD 620

My computer is an Asus Zenbook UX431FA.

Only option nomodeset allows to start the installation of centos7.

Thanks for help

Post output of

Code: Select all

/var/log/Xorg.0.log | grep autoconfigured

Code: Select all

/var/log/Xorg.0.log | grep EE
to begin with. It may shed some light.

Come to think of it; contents of

Code: Select all

is perhaps also a good idea, if that's where CentOS puts the grub configuration file. Can't check right now. Sorry.
