CentOS 7 - não carrega o interface anaconda

Post by imadeira » 2019/08/21 20:16:19

Alguém me pode ajudar. Mais informo que o servidor tem uma controladora HP Smart Array 6i.

Google Translate says:
I already created the CentOS 7 boot PEN using Rufus (but it is on a physical machine, not a virtual machine) to install on an HP Proliant DL360 G4 server, and chose to choose the everthing mirror, which was to contemplate all possible options. It starts from PEN, installation options appear, I choose "Install CentOS 7", and then a text image (which is attached) stating that I couldn't load the graphical interface, and I can't get past this stage . I'm 4 days into this. Someone can help me. More information that the server has an HP Smart Array 6i controller.

HP Smart Array controllers prior to the P410 are unsupported on CentOS 7. An HP SmartArray 6i is way too old.

Also, Rufus is on our list of "may corrupt our iso images, do not use" utilities.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

So what software is advised to create the boot USB for CentOS 7? And how do I overcome the issue of the HP smart array 6i controller?

That controller is too old to be supported properly on CentOS 7. You can force an install by passing hpsa.hpsa_allow_any=1 via the kernel command line but your system will be subject to bugs and is untested. You really need to use a much more modern controller than that - it's over 15 years old.

I already tested in the installation to force when installing, in the boot menu, put this line:
cciss.ciss_allow_hpsa = 1 hpsa.hpsa_simple_mode = 1 hpsa.hpsa_allow_any = 1, but it gives me a lot of errors.
So what do you suggest I install centOS 6?

No. I'd suggest you get newer hardware. Sorry.

CentOS 7 has no cciss module which is why your controller does not work out of the box. If you want it to work then you have to try to convince the hpsa module to support the controller instead. If using hpsa.hpsa_simple_mode=1 hpsa.hpsa_allow_any=1 does not help then your controller is not going to work.

Which version of CentOS (5 or 6) correctly supports my HP smart array 6i controller?

CentOS 5 is completely unsupported and is going on for 3 years since it last received any updates. It should not be used for anything.

CentOS 6 has only 1 year of life left and is not recommended but will work. If you need the machine for longer than a year I would suggest getting newer hardware and deploying CentOS 7 or newer.

I did the pen again, but with Fedora software, and at the boot menu, so I put: the line: hpsa.hpsa_simple_mode = 1 hpsa.hpsa_allow_any = 1, and previously it just skipped this step and did nothing. Not now, with the pen created with Fedora, it stops in this operation: Mounted Configuration Filesystem, a few minutes, and then then it begins to make many errors and goes into emergency mode.
How can I solve this?

As long as it starts with the fedora boot stick, in the boot menu I put the line: hpsa.hpsa_simple_mode = 1 hpsa.hpsa_allow_any = 1, the server fails this operation: Mounted Configuration FileSystem, ie its behavior is now different, previously skipped this operation and switched to text mode, now tries to do this operation and gives a succession of errors and goes into emergency mode. The behavior is different. Will there now be something that I can do in emergency mode to get past this stage and move on? Attached image that appears to me.
