What's the types, sizes and number of memory modules?
If you haven't already done it, they may have to be inserted in a certain order.
One of them may be working intermittently, you could try to reseat all modules a few times.

1 please check DIMM population rules

2. check DIMMs properly inserted

3. check idrac logs if any DIMMs has error

4. observer BIOS POST for any warring it display because of dimm configuration

Also if you are bored you should update the BIOS. You are two versions out of date with lots of CVE's fixed.

Perhaps you need to look into whether you have used a valid combination of memory sockets (assuming you have not populated all the sockets).
