Parted mklabel Error

Hello I am trying to format a 6tb drive but I keep getting this error. This is the 2nd drive from the store to do this.
Is it possible that I got 2 bad drives?

I switched the drive to another bay and it appears that something is wrong with the actual drive slot.

I thought you'd better gather hardware logs to know the status of the logical drive.
