Best HW for graphics

Hi, I'm renewing my hardware and, as you see in the title, my primary target is programming for 3d graphics. I use Autodesk Maya and RenderMan primarly.
I've alredy an ATX Corsair AX760, an HDD SataIII and I'm looking for a NVIDIA Quadro k620, Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3 or Intel Xeon E3-1226 v3 and a minimum of 8GB Ram (Crucial?).
I'm not sure about which motherboard could be better (duration / price) and about UEFI (in fact the hard disk has a dual boot with Win8.1 and Linux).
Which motherboard do you suggest me?
