It doesn't look like we ship a postgresql 9.3 of any minor version. The copy in the base repos is 9.2.24-8.el7_9 and there are copies in the SCL repos at 9.5, 9.6, 10.21, 12.11 and 13.7.

There are instructions on https://yum.postgresql.org/repopackages ... atoldrepos about how to add the pgdg postgresql repos for dead versions.

If you are already moving from one machine to another, now might be a good time to upgrade to a newer supported version.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
