Hi, I am getting this [ERROR: The /lib/modules/3.10.0-1160.62.1.el7.centos.plus.i686/build contains a fresh, unconfigured kernel!] error while installing sangoma ss7 (which is a application to run E1 cards)
Please guide me what could be done in order to resolve this issue

Is there a reason why you are running the 32 bit version of CentOS 7?
