Nameing duplicate

Hello!
If I have the same name as user and as
an subdirectory name, can that give me
some issues?

But in general, all users will have a directory named after them under /home. It's normal.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Say as an example I am user /home/ostene and also
have a subdirectory named /home/ostene/something/errors/ostene/otherthings/files.
