Regarding Freeradius installation on CENT0S7

Hi All,

I;m trying to install free-radius on a linux machine running CentOS 7.
I was able to download and install the package for free-radius but unable to run the server.

I always get the following error message while trying to run the free-radius.
I tried to google for the error specified but none helped. while i wil continue to google and try for solution dropping this on the thread if someone can help me


while running radiusd -X

Failed binding to auth address * port 1812 bound to server default: Address already in use
/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default[59]: Error binding to port for 0.0.0.0 port 1812

How did you do the install?

It's already running.

Not sure if it is already runnning as the below command says it is not running


root@projt-syslog-server-automation raddb]# systemctl restart radiusd
