LLVM Toolset 11 availability in CentOS7

Post by alvaro_palma_aste » 2021/08/20 14:47:23

I noticed RedHat is already up to LLVM 11:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation ... lset/index

Are there any plans to port it to CentOS 7 as part of the "official" repos (EPEL or SCL)?

Or there are legal implications that prevent to do so?

Regards.

I'd suggest raising a bug on bugs.centos.org with this info.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
