Running sg_raw version - 0.4.6 on CentOS 7.8.2003
sg_raw to send SCSI maintenance out command and service action of "MANAGEMENT_PROTOCOL_OUT (0x10) returns Illegal Request.
[root@BaseOS bin]# sg_raw -s 8 -vvvvvv /dev/sg7 a4 10 fa 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00 00

The same command works fine with Cent OS 6.8
Other commands like Inquiry, ReadBuffer sent through sg_raw works fine.
