usb 3-11.4.1: input irq status -75 received

I just updated to latest Kernel and I am receiving this message over and over again. It is causing USB devices not to work. Specially keyboard and mouse. The keyboard just locks up, it my repeat some characters.

I just replaced the KVM cable to the CentOS server and it is no longer displaying the error messages.
