wo found the root casue of the issue,
we need to merge the commit ad9e206ae in mainline to redhat 3.10 kernel code.
Can anyone to tell redhat engineer for the fix?

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
