Hello,
I´m running Bind 9.11.4 on CentOS 7.8. My system is chrooted. I have a question, maybe you can help me.
If I always edit named.conf at dir /var/named/chroot/etc/ , everything is Ok. The system keeps the file /etc/named.conf synchronized with /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf.
But, if someone by mistake make any change at /etc/named.conf, my system stops to sync /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf and /etc/named.conf . To get those files synchronized again I have to restart named-chroot service.
Do you know how can I avoid this behavior ?
Thank you in advance!
Lack of synchrony between /etc/named.conf and /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf
