Stale index in centos-sclo-rh repo?

So devtoolset-4 has been removed from the centos-sclo-rh repo tree. Unfortunately, the indexes still have it listed, resulting in many 404 errors and no useful progress forward. Any idea when it will be cleaned up? (I'm trying to install devtoolset-4 from a local repo now, but other dependencies are in that repo, so I can not simply disable the centos-sclo-rh repo....)
