Repository Failure

I am in the process of installing VMware director on centos7 however when it goes through the pre-req's it tells me that module-init-tools and procps are missing. However when I run: yum install module-init-tools I get a message that package kmod-14-9.el7.x86_64 already installed and latest version.

If you want help with yum problems,, you need to post the complete transcript of the yum command and output.
