is there someone who managed to install mailgraph on CentOS7?
I can't find any package for perl module compat, perl file tail, mailgraph and so on.
is there someone who installed it?

Mailgraph is in EPEL for CentOS 6. I suggest you look on bugzilla.redhat.com in the EPEL section and see if there is already a request to bring it across to el7.
CentOS 6 died in November 2020 - migrate to a new version!
