webalizer package missed

I cannot find 'webalizer' package in centos 7 and EPEL 7 repositories
are there any explanations why this package was removed from centos 7 ?
is there some change tracking system where I can see what packages was added and what packages was removed ?

You might want to look at awstats in EPEL which does everything (I think) that webalizer did and more.
