OS booting stuck in dracut emergency mode

Centos7 OS stuck in dracut command emergency mode and need to recover OS without lose business application data

Apparetnly there was an error but the text of that error is not on the screenshot you posted. Use Shift-PgUp to scroll upwards and read the log until you see what the error was.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
