Is it true that there is no workaround to make "WiFI 6 AX201 11ax 2x2 and Bluetooth 5.2" work with a CentOS 7 install?
If not, which wifi chipsets in laptops DO work with CentOS 7?
Which laptop WIFI chipsets works with CentOS 7?
Re: Which laptop WIFI chipsets works with CentOS 7?
CentOS 7 dates from 2014 and received hardware enablement fixes for 5 years from the date of the initial release. That means any hardware that it needs to run on that might be problematic needs to be from prior to 2019. Anything newer than 2019 that is not substantially similar to older versions of hardware from the same manufacturer will probably not work.
You could always look at USB wifi adapters.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
