Kernel Panic with NVMe and NUC11

Post by xerox » 2022/10/31 16:59:36

I'm trying to install latest Freepbx distro based on CentOS 7.8.2003.3 into an Intel NUC11 i5 with NVMe disk.
A kernel panic occours only with NVMe disk as the installation on M2 sata disk goes fine.
Is it a known issue ?
I'm not knowledged in kernel, arguments, kickstarts and so on.... :(
So some help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't use 7.8, it's over 2 years out of date. Use 7.9.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
