When I run comman "nmcli device show" or "nmcli" it not show me wifi driver or adapter.
I'm new user so please guide me how can I fix it to use the Wifi on my laptop which have Qualcomm Atheros AR8151.

There is probably no driver for the card included in the kernel. Please post the output from either lsusb.py (part of the usbutils package and may need to be installed) if it's a USB attached device or from lspci -nn | grep -i -E "net|wire" if it is a PCIe attached device. We need to know the PCI vendor/device id pair of numbers that identify the device so we can check if it is supported or not and those commands will tell us.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
