What is this centos-gluster9 repo that you have configured?

You need to be aware that rpmforge is well and truly dead. It's had no updates for more than 5 years and its packages are extremely stale and probably have numerous security problems. The nux-dextop repo is similar but not so badly orphaned.

However, it looks to me like it's the packages from this centos-gluster9 repo that are causing you problems. What is it?

OK, I see it is supplied by centos-release-gluster9 and it would appear that it is incompatible with the latest qemu-kvm. It's recreatable to order by running yum install centos-release-gluster9 then any attempt to e.g yum install glusterfs qemu-kvm fails.

I would suggest dropping a mail to the centps-devel mailing list to report this.
