CentOs7 vs CentOs8 memory usage

hi,

i am using Plesk administration panel for hosting some websites, at the end of 2021 CentOs8 came to End-Of-Life, so i had to migrate my Plesk from Centos8, to a compatible OS, my hosting company proposed me CentOs7, and thats what i did.

The thing is that after the migration, with the same domains and same services exactly, the system uses 10% and more memory

it used to use 25% on CentOs8
it uses now 35%-40% on CentOs7

I know CentOs7 manages memory and resources etc differenty than CentOs8, so my question is, any information to make it as it was before?
