How to setup centOs cluster on VMware workstation

Do you know if it's possible setup centos cluster on VMware Worksation
I see these howto to setup Solaris :

And I would like to know if it will be possible to make that with CentOS.

Of course you can run multiple systems on VMware, probably easier than gathering physical machines.

What is a "cluster"? Isn't it two or more systems running some software/service? What service do you have in mind?
