I recently connected an external USB-3 hard disk to my desktop. CentOS-7 detects the disk (it is of type EXT3) and mounts it without a problem. However, after that, my wireless connection stops working. The first time I noticed this, I did not connect these two facts with each other. But after connecting and disconnecting the external hard disk several times (and reboots in between), I noticed that the wireless only worked without the hard disk.
Has anyone seen something so strange before? Is there a fix so that I can use both of them simultaneously?
Thanks for your help.
PS: if it matters at all, the external hard disk is "Seagate Backup Plus".
