Rebuilding the Fedora 34 qt6 packages might be possible but I suspect it would be difficult as it'll want a bunch of newer prereqs than exist in CentOS 7.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

Search function

Post by ostene » 2021/10/07 16:49:28

My question was about the "search function" not about Qt.
Which characters can I use in my question?
Letters, numbers and what more? Points, commas, minus, plus?

E.g. install qt-6 gave me the answer: The following words in your search query were
ignored because they are too common words: install qt 6.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least
3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.ostene

Search function where? On the forums? It's useless, use google - e.g. "qt 6 site:centos.org"
