Its not loading with latest kernel.

How does it not boot?
Have you removed 'rhgb' and 'quiet' from the kernel command line so that you see all the boot time messages?
Do they give you any clues?
What sort of hardware is it on?
Is it a VM?
Do your keyboard LEDs flash regularly when it does not boot?

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
