Hi everyone,
I'm running SPAMASSASSIN and also using Postfix to try and slow down our onslaught of spam.
I'm getting a mixture of encirc emails that are very frustrating...
Achieve Funds <wiz@encirc.edailyservices.com>
Fresh Start <info@encirc.iloantoday.com>
I was hoping of someone adding this to my rejected_domains file that is accessed by Postfix;
/\.live$/ REJECT We reject all .live domains
/\.digital$/ REJECT We reject all .digital domains
so I tried;
/@.*\.?encirc\./ REJECT We reject all .encirc
But it doesn't work, any ideas?
cheers,
Andrew
POSTFIX - Preventing Spam? (encirc culprit)
Re: POSTFIX - Preventing Spam? (encirc culprit)
How do you reference the rejected_domains file in your main.cf?
Re: POSTFIX - Preventing Spam? (encirc culprit)
Through main.cf
Re: POSTFIX - Preventing Spam? (encirc culprit)
Are you sure that pattern is correct? It says match an @ sign followed by any character, any number of times, followed by a literal '.' then any single character followed by 'encirc.'. I don't think that matches either of the 2 examples you've given./@.*\.?encirc\./
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Do you want help, or is it more important to you to make a snarky remark than get help?
I asked "how", not if. So, show the lines in which you reference the rejected_domains file. Not just the exact line, but also the lines around it, so that we can see what part of the config you specify it.
