Don't know the answer, but it may help if you boot
from a live CD/DVD and post the output from this:
lspci -nn | grep -i raid

we are planing to buys Dell PE740XD Server .. and the H740P is no more and change to new controller

it certified support on redhat.
the risk is does H750 support on Centos 7.

Since CentOS 7 is a rebuild of the source for RHEL 7, it should work on CentOS if it works on the same version of RHEL.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
