Load average problem after CentOS 6 to CentOS 7

CentOS 6에서 CentOS 7로 재설치 하였습니다.
애플리케이션을 구동하면 2배이상의 부하평균 수치가 확인 됩니다.
이것은 버그입니까?
6과 7의 계산방법이 다릅니까?


I reinstalled from CentOS 6 to CentOS 7.
When you run the application, the load average value of more than 2 times is checked.
Is this a bug?
Is the calculation method of 6 and 7 different?

I use tomcat 9, openjdk 11

I believe it's a fix to a reporting bug in CentOS 6.

There was an attempt during CentOS 6 at one point release where Red Hat tried to change the calculation of load averages and it made a huge difference to the numbers, so huge that they backed the change out within a few weeks. I think they queued the change up for the CentOS 7 kernel so that the change would be less disruptive.

I checked the same answer on Redhat.
We are currently changing from CentOS 6 to 7 and there are many servers left. T.T
