You are massively out of date (over 3 years old). You need to run yum update and get your system on to 7.8 using kernels in the 3.10.0-1127 series.

7.4 has not been supported since the release of 7.5 and your system currently has numerous (possibly thousands) of security vulnerabilities present. Only the current verison of CentOS is supported and that is currently 7.8, soon to be 7.9.
CentOS 6 will die in November 2020 - migrate sooner rather than later!
