Recently, I want to install virtualbox guest addition in CentOs, but when I install the CD, it appears "Unable to access BBox_GAs_6.1.14, even I have removed and installed it again, it didn't work. It shows "Error mounting /dev/sr0 at /run/media/alwinlau0824/VBox...GAs_6.1.14L Filesystem type iso9660 not configured in kernel.

What is the output from the command uname -r ?
And if you run modinfo iso9660 the output is?
No, iso9660 is a standard kernel module included in all CentOS kernels. You appear to have damaged yours. What is the output from rpm -V kernel-3.10.0-1127.19.1.el7.x86_64 ?
OK Trevor, Curiosity Killed the Cat You got me. Just for FUN I ran rpm -V kernel-3.10.0-1127.19.1.e;7.x86_64. Here is what it spit out:
rpm -V kernel-3.10.0-1127.19.1.e;7.x86_64
package kernel-3.10.0-1127.19.1.e is not installed
What *should* it have spit out?!? I'm Curious.
It helps if you can type rpm -V kernel-3.10.0-1127.19.1.el7.x86_64
