No Boot on Ker 3.10.0-1127.19.1.el7.x86_64

Hi,

As noted, I cannot boot into this kernel. From Grub, even with quiet removed, there is no message given after executing the kernel and after a short pause the system reboots to the bios screen.

I noticed an irregularity in initramfs for this version. Is the --kver omitted on purpose in the newer version, or is this part of the problem?

I have regenerated the initramfs file for the new kernel and it remains missing.

Bootable (working) example: Line below
lsinitrd initramfs-3.10.0-1127.10.1.el7.x86_64.img | grep Arguments
Arguments: -f --kver '3.10.0-1127.10.1.el7.x86_64'

Unbootable (broken) Example: Line Below
lsinitrd initramfs-3.10.0-1127.19.1.el7.x86_64.img | grep Arguments
Arguments: -f

Before I edit in the kernel version, is there a possible cause for this omission? I would rather correct that so future updates are smooth. Or perhaps it is not related at all.

Thank you
