CANNOT RESTART SSL

its a linode server.
i am trying to install ssl ,for that i need to restart apache but i get some error.

Be more specific, what exactly did you do to "install ssl"?

The screenshot you show is truncated as systemd sizes the length of output line to fit on your visible terminal. You need to run it again either using -l as it suggests or by resizing the terminal window so that the output fits across it horizontally. The only useful bit of info there is "AHO0015: Unable to open logs" but the rest of the line is missing and would have told you why.

Do not try to put your logs under /var/www/html as that will be denied by selinux. You should have logs in /var/log/httpd.

And posting screenshots is not the best way to share information. This is a text based medium, please cut and paste text to it not take screenshots.
CentOS 6 will die in November 2020 - migrate sooner rather than later!
