Authentication required everywhere after restarting GNOME

Post by Prunoideae » 2020/05/22 13:18:50

The GNOME on my server was crushed for several times when I'm launching some test of some resource-intensive program on the server, I tried to start the XDisplay and things related by command line to revoke the graphical desktop, it worked partially - after the test is done and I'm about to save the data to my flash drive, it suddenly requires authentication to mount the disk, which is never asked before the crash.

It's a quite strange issue, and I'm very sorry for my little knowledge on how CentOS works, so could someone help me out please?

I have no sudo permission or root password, but if any fix need this I could ask my professor for them.
