Centos 7 (1908) Fails to Install

Hi Team,
I have an Intel I7 3.5mhz 4 gig ram, 480gig SSD and Nvidia Video Card (Shuttle PC)
Installing from DVD (3.9gig) centos 7, it starts up doing its good things, the presents a window
asking 4 questions like what did, network etc, all filled in press continue, it now starts to install
it now asks for root login password, and user login details, all filled in no problems.
After 7 mins it comes up with new screen, wanting to reboot
It does this and after it reboots I get a black screen with a DOT top left hand corner
hard disk light permanently on
It is as if there is no boot up section on the disk, I/ think it is called grub
No access to root or anything...
Any ideas please..

Do you see anything on reboot like a menu with a choice of two kernels to pick from?

Not sure something is there for about a second
there is a blank line at top
then a dot underneath
then an other blank line
then the cursor...

Try hitting the Esc key immediately you see anything at all.

Is your machine set to use UEFI or Legacy BIOS?

For those who may be interest, the problem was the ssd drive, god knows why, put a 2.5" sata3 drive in and the install went fine...

This is one of the reasons when I do a fresh install BEFORE I start to do the install I disconnect ALL the drives except for the target drive, that way I don't do something stupid like say overwrite a drive I did not want to over write.
The other thing you can do is to go into BIOS and check the Boot Order, and that the drive you want to boot first is the default drive. Usually the default goes like this: DVD, followed by the SSD that has CentOS on it.

You comment is not needed and miss leading
I gave you spec at the front, Intel I7 integral Video Card and ssd hard drive
That means one 1 drive not 2 or 3
The OS did not like the ssd drive
I replaced it with a sata 3 drive
And it all worked....
So your reply was a waste... please read carefully in future...
