this time splitter solve a problem because all sata power connectors from PSU didn't work.

If I am reding your post right, did you have to effectively use 2 separate power connectors from the PSU and feed them both into a splitter in reverse so that both were powering the drive at the same time? If so then I suspect your PSU is junk.
No I didn't, I use the same cable from PSU for both disks and I have the same now with splitter
Hummmmm. IF only ONE SATA power connector from your PSU works and you have to resort to a splitter to power two drives, which is NOT the optimal solution, then it it is seriously time to get a new PSU. Given that tomorrow is Cyber Monday now would be a great time to visit some place like NewEgg; I am sure that you can probably snag a good deal on a NEW PSU.

I have in that server about 9 disks plus DVD rom.
So they are all conected but only those two 10Tb hard disks doesn't work if they are connected like other drives.

Lets recap:
* You have non-modular PSU (all cables attached)?
* One SATA power cable is dead. Others are ok
* Molex-cable + Molex->2*SATA adapter is ok
* You (almost) did try to fix lack of power with kernel upgrade ...

NO I have PSU where you can connect cables if you need it.
like this one
https://www.alternate.co.uk/SilverStone ... ct/1290245
and I have 2 cables connected like this
https://www.ebay.com/itm/6-Pin-P-S-To-4 ... Sw1V9diWrD
and one like this with 3 connectors on it
http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnec ... lindex.jpg
so I use for 10Tb disks this splitter

Fully modular then.

* The problem is in one particular cable, not in the PSU?

* All the cables (except that adapter) came with the PSU?
- Different PSU models, even from same vendor, can wire cables differently. Use of other PSU's cables can lead to burned devices.

Ergo, time to get a NEW PSU. Today is Cyber Monday you can probably pick one up for a LOT less than you normally pay.

One note: You say you have 9 Disks PLUS a DVD?!? All on ONE PSU?!? How many Watts does your current PSU rated at?!? It could be that all that hardware is over taxing the PSU. Maybe it is time to get one with some more Horse Power.
