Hi Team,

When i tried to install mkpasswd in centos 7 getting message as command not found or is there any other way i can encrypt a password in centos 7 so that i can use

in user creation script

You can try to find the util in the repos via:

yum whatprovides "*/mkpasswd"

To make it much simple

i want to encrypt a string and should give it as password for user creation at the same time when the shell in read we should be able to view the password (encrypted)
